This Privacy Policy explains how Upstate Events (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit upstateevents.co (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to the practices described below.

Information you provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. When you submit an event we collect the event details you enter and the email address you provide so we can follow up about your submission.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive information from your browser and device when you visit, including IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location derived from IP. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To send the newsletter and respond to event submissions you send us.
• To measure traffic, understand which content is useful, and debug problems.
• To run, measure, and optimize advertising on third-party platforms (including Meta and Google).

• Do Not Track: our Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
